On 1/21/25, we experienced an internet outage lasting approximately 39 minutes that resulted in a disruption to all hosted services.
The outage was caused by a cell tower failure affecting our upstream internet provider, as our internet connectivity is supplied via that tower. During this time, services were unreachable until connectivity was fully restored.
The issue has since been resolved, and all services are operating normally. We continue to monitor the situation and are working with our provider to reduce the risk of similar outages in the future.
