On 1/29/25, we experienced an internet outage lasting approximately 16 minutes that resulted in a disruption to all hosted services.
An internet connectivity disruption caused all hosted services to be temporarily unreachable. The issue was traced to a failure impacting our upstream provider’s cellular infrastructure.
Connectivity was restored, and all services are now operating normally. We are continuing to monitor provider stability and evaluating options to reduce dependency on a single upstream connection.

The outage was caused by a cell tower failure affecting our upstream internet provider, as our internet connectivity is supplied via that tower. During this time, services were unreachable until connectivity was fully restored.
The issue has since been resolved, and all services are operating normally. We continue to monitor the situation and are working with our provider to reduce the risk of similar outages in the future.
